Roughage™

Loved by our Athletes

Roughage is the supplement that I've recommended the most within family and friends. I eat a lot of meat and hate seeing vegetables and fruits rot in the fridge. Quick scoop in the morning into a glass of water and I get 38 all natural foods and 5g of fiber straight to the body.

Getting your micronutrients in has never tasted so good. The Mojito flavor is clean, refreshing, and honestly tastes more like a daily treat than a greens supplement. It mixes super smooth with water — no clumps or grit — and fits perfectly into my mid-morning routine. It’s helped keep digestion consistent, especially during high-protein phases or when I’m deep in prep. If you're looking for a greens drink that actually tastes great and supports how you feel, this is it.

This is the easiest thing I do for my health every day. Between travel, dieting, and prep, I’m not always hitting every micronutrient—but Roughage covers my bases. It helps with digestion, immunity, and honestly just feeling good. I used to struggle with bloating and irregularity, especially during prep. Now, not so much. I don’t go a day without it.

When you’re training hard, eating big, and constantly on the move, things can get… clogged. Roughage keeps everything in check. I take it every morning. It’s loaded with real ingredients—no weird extracts—and it actually helps me feel lighter, more regular, and sharper overall. If you train like I do, this stuff isn’t optional.
